President: Diane Dorsi
Ms. Dorsi is currently a Property Manager at The We're Group. Prior to this position, she was with Reckson Associates, now know as RXR Realty, for over 10 years.
Ms. Dorsi was initially hired by Reckson as an analyst for the Asset Management Division for Reckson’s Long Island properties. Within a few months, she was transferred to the Property Management Department to handle tenant work orders and requests. Shortly after that, Ms. Dorsi became an Assistant Property Manager and then, within her first year of employment with Reckson, was promoted to a Property Manager. Her duties included all aspects of building management, energy audits, creating capital improvements project lists, overseeing approved projects, negotiating contracts and creating strong tenant relationships.
Prior to joining Reckson, Ms. Dorsi worked for a Lake Success, New York-based real estate company, where she discovered her interest in Property Management. In that position, Ms. Dorsi was responsible for tenant billings including escalations and energy billings. She also worked closely with several lending institutions in connection with a $10 million capital improvement budget.
Ms. Dorsi graduated from St John's University in 1992, and received the BOMI designation of RPA in 2006. She is currently working towards her FMA and SMT.
Outside of real estate, Ms. Dorsi’s passions are cooking and entertaining friends and family.
Vice President: Rudy Holesek
Mr. Holesek founded Apollo HVAC Corp., a mechanical consulting firm, in 1972. He continues as President of Apollo and its two affiliated companies with offices on Long Island and New Jersey. These companies employ more than 120 people who design, build and service HVAC systems in 10 million square feet of commercial, industrial and institutional buildings.
As both a business owner and resident of Long Island, Mr. Holesek understands the importance of energy conservation. His company has demonstrated leadership in energy conservation projects and has been recognized by LIPA in 2004 and 2005 for innovative system design and implementation.
A member of the American Society of Heating Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers and Air Conditioning Contractors of America, Mr. Holesek is also a member of the United States Green Building Council and on the Board of Directors for their Long Island Chapter.
Mr. Holesek is an instrument-rated Private Pilot and also serves as a volunteer pilot for Angle Flight NE.
Second Vice President: Raymond Czajkowski
Raymond J. Czajkowski is Vice President, Director of Commercial Property Management for the Albanese Organization. His responsibilities encompass management of all operational aspects of the firm's commercial property portfolio.
With more than 25 years of industry experience, Mr. Czajkowski honed his expertise and attention to detail, literally from the ground up, starting with his education in landscape and design. Ray began his career in the real estate industry as a carpenter, which provided a strong foundation to build upon as he moved into operations as a building engineer.
Prior to joining AO Mr. Czajkowski worked for a series of industry leaders in ever increasing positions of responsibility: 3 years with Cushman Wakefield; 3 years with Galbreath for Equity Office Properties in the pivotal role of start-up engineer and Assistant Chief Engineer; and 7 years as Chief Engineer for TrizecHahn Office Properties earning the 2002 Energy Star award.
In 2004, Mr. Czajkowski joined the Albanese Organization to lead its commercial property management activities, tenant construction and base building redevelopment. In that role he has implemented numerous energy conservation and tenant communication processes that have lowered costs and improved relations with tenants and end users.
Ray received an Associates degree in Applied Science, Plant Science/Landscape design from S.U.N.Y. Morrisville. He is also a graduate of the N.Y.C. District Council of Carpenters Apprentice Training Program and the International Union of Operating Engineers Local #94 training center. He holds eight industry-specific certificates of fitness from the NYC Fire Department.
Treasurer: Richard Yaffe, R.A.
Richard Yaffe, a principal of Triangle Properties since 1996, has more than 20 years experience in the real estate and building industries. He handles all aspects of asset management, including lease negotiations, tenant relations, capital improvements, financing and acquisitions. In addition, Mr. Yaffe oversees third-party property management and Triangle's in-house architecture department.
Mr. Yaffe is a Registered Architect and Licensed Real Estate Broker in New York. He is a current member, as well as past Director and Treasurer of the New York Society of Architects. In addition, Mr. Yaffe is a founding Director and current Treasurer of BOMA-Long Island. Mr. Yaffe holds a BS degree in Architecture and a Master of Architecture Degree from the University of Michigan.
When not on the ski slopes, Mr. Yaffe plays piano and composes music.

Fred Werfel, Spiegel Associates
Mr. Werfel is Director of Property Operations for Spiegel Associates with a portfolio of approximately 150 properties comprising industrial, retail, office and residential properties. He has beenw ith the company since 1990 and is responsible for Property Management, Design, Development and Construction. Prior to joining Spiegel, he served for 10 years as President of Resources Engineering, a Division of Integrated Resources and as Senior Vice President of its parent company, a financial investment institution with a portfolio of over $16 billion in real estate. Before that, he was Vice President and Operations Manager for Cross & Brown Company, a diversified real estate company engaged in sales, leasing and management of commercial, residential and industrial properties. Mr. Werfel is a registered professional engineer in various states and holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in engineering from Polytechnic Institute of New York (currently NYU Polytechnic). He also lectures at the New York University Real Estate Institute.
John Damianos, Damianos Realty Group
John Damianos is a Principal and Manager of Property Management as well as Legal Counsel for the Damianos Realty Group, LLC. Joining the family business in 1980, Mr. Damianos' main responsibilities include overseeing the operations of all the firm's established properties. In addition, he takes an active role in the preparation and development of new development projects.
Together with his Property Management team, Mr. Damianos has consistently worked towards providing an exceptional environment for our tenants, closely adhering to the special design qualities of each project.
A member of the Suffolk County Bar Association since 1982, Mr. Damianos has been influential in the success of the organization, directing all matters relating to the Company's acquisitions, leasing, operations and real estate transactions.
Mr. Damianos has also devoted his time as a board member of his community's Greek Church, a board member of the Middle Country Growth Coalition and the Long Island Building Owners-Managers Association (BOMA).
A graduate of Long Island University, Mr. Damianos earned his Juris Doctor from the California School of Law. He currently resides in Setauket with his wife and two children.
